Additional Admission Requirements: ●A course-by-course credit evaluation directly to DePaul through EP/ECE/OneEarth/WES for students with international credits. ●Three letters of recommendation, at least two of which should be from faculty in your master's program ●A personal statement in which you discuss your interest in further study and articulating an issue or problem of interest or concern (approximately 3 pages) ●Writing sample from a master's-level class; alternatively, you can write a 3-5 page response to questions provided by the Curriculum Studies program - Alternative Writing Prompt: 1.Explain what aspect of curriculum, education, or policy you plan to make the focus of your advanced study, capstone project, or dissertation research. Why have you selected this focus? Include references to literature and research that you deem relevant and that has helped shape your perspective on these issues. 2.DePaul’s program in Curriculum Studies is designed to assist in the development of educational leaders with a commitment to social justice and educational opportunity. Describe how you have worked for justice and educational opportunity in your professional life and how DePaul’s program in Curriculum Studies will help you do so in the future.
